Summary

A woman's hat in the "toque" style, made from white feathers stitched to a stiffened buckram core and a shaped wire brim. The wire brim creates a firm foundation for the hat and the crown is covered with white feathers and three white feather covered wings, centre front. Inside, the hat is fully lined in cream silk satin.
