Summary
A woman's parasol made from black moire silk. The silk canopy is woven with a self-coloured satin stripe and is otherwise undecorated. It has an ebonised wooden shaft and a faceted glass handle, with metal ribs and brass fittings. A maker's stamp on the inner ribs of the parasol reads, "Paragon. S Fox & Co Limited".
