Summary
Woman’s robe. A long trained resting robe in orange silk velvet with deep V neck and armholes trimmed with brown rabbit fur. It has a long sash of velvet threaded internally around the waist, the two ends appearing through slits in the velvet at the CF. CB of sash is visible at CB of robe at the bottom of a deep V that is cut in the velvet from the neck down to the waist. The ends of the sash have two silk covered bobbles. There is a metal press-stud fastening on the proper left side at the front used to hitch up the length. The robe is unlined.Shows Poiret influence
