Summary
A woman's blouse made from black rayon artificial silk. The collarless and capped-sleeved blouse is decorated around the v-necked bib and around the hem with black filoselle crochet lace and is otherwise undecorated. Internally, the blouse is unlined and has a drawstring around the waist for adjustment, made from filoselle yarn and black rayon covered padded bobbles. There are no other fastenings as the blouse was designed to be simply pulled over the head. A handwritten label in green ink inside the sleeve reads, "Parkinson-Cumine".
