Summary
A woman's pair of drawers made from a cotton and rayon blend (Tarantulle). The drawers have a gathered knee cuff which is decorated with bands of broderie anglaise ending in a scalloped hem and are otherwise undecorated, Internally, the drawers are unlined and fasten at the waist proper right and left hand sides with buttons, missing. A label inside the waistband reads "This garment is made of Tarantulle, Regd. A Tootal product". A further handwritten note inside the waistband reads "Brett Collection".
