Summary

A woman's petticoat made from white cotton. The knee-length full petticoat is made from white cotton, with a dropped waistline and broderie anglaise decoration across the bib and around the scalloped hem. Internally the petticoat is unlined and has two scalloped edged shoulder straps, intact.
