Summary
A woman's skirt fragment, part of a dress, made from blue silk gauze. The surviving fragment is brocaded with gold thread in a stylised floral pattern, with a blue wool braid hem edging and around four inches of the lower hem lined with black cotton gauze. Handwritten in red ink on a remaining fragment of the waistband, "McDonald-Tyler", the donor. To go with 602871.2, matching bodice.
