Summary
A baby's christening cape made from cream cashmere. The cape is constructed with a collar, over-cape and under-cape, with each layer trimmed around the edges with machine-embroidered cream silk net in a deep flounce. The cape is lined in a combination of cream cotton twill and cream silk, with four silk ties centre front on the neck and bodice for fastening, intact but fragile.
