Summary
A woman's waistcoat, bolero style, made from cream wool. The cream wool ground is extensively embroidered on both the front and reverse sides with silver gilt thread using traditional Turkish motifs. The waistcoat front facings are also decorated with padded embroidered pips. The waistcoat is fully lined in cream silk satin and has no fastenings. Turkish in origin.
