Summary
A woman's skirt, part of a dress, made from canary yellow silk taffeta with an overlay of cream embroidered cotton net in a floral pattern and two pinked silk taffeta ruffles around the hem. The skirt is unlined, with a layer of stiffened tarlatan and an inner scalloped flounce around the inner hem and fastens centre back with two hooks & eyes, intact.
