Summary
A baby's christening robe made from fine white cotton. The robe is decorated on the flounced capped sleeves and the bib with Ayrshire whitework embroidery, with an large Ayrshire embroidery panel and flounce on the skirt centre front from waist to hem. It has an embroidered dagged hem, is unlined and fastens centre back with one small self-covered button and a cotton tie, both intact.
