Summary

A woman's plastron for mourning. Reversible, the plastron is made from pinstriped black with white stripe cotton sateen on one side and plain pleated black cotton sateen on the reverse. The plastron is otherwise undecorated and fastens with three metal hook and eye fastenings, centre back, intact.
