Summary
A woman's blouse made from cream shantung silk. The half-sleeve blouse has a square neckline with no collar, and the bib and front and back facings are decorated with embroidery worked in cream silk thread, with two decorative silk covered metal buttons centre back. Internally, the blouse is fully lined in white cotton lawn and fastens with a combination of hooks & eyes and snap fasteners centre front, intact. A handwritten note on the inside lining of the left sleeve head reads, "Miss G Abernethy. Armagh".
