Summary
A woman's skirt, part of a dress, made from black voile with a design of white spots. The skirt is decorated with vertical and horizontal bands of white embroidery in a floral pattern and is otherwise undecorated. The skirt is unlined, with the exception of a black silk taffeta ruffle on the lower hem, and fastens centre back with two hooks & eyes, intact.
