Summary

A woman's cloak made from black silk taffeta, black silk velvet and silk cord. The cloak has wide cape sleeves and a shaped pelerine front and is decorated with three separate bands of black silk velvet, silk covered cord and a black silk fringe. Internally the cape is fully lined in black silk and has two internal waist ties, intact.
