Summary
Painted and stained pictorial glass panel set in middle of patterned quarries, Fortune designed by Sir Edward Coley Burne-Jones (Birmingham 1833 - London 1898), 1862/65. Female figure, blindfolded, holding wheel faces right on hatch diamond background of stylised crown over flower motifs. Red stained glass border. The allegorical figure of Fortune was taken from designs for 'Cinderella' tiles at The Hill.
