A cocked hat of black cloth. Diagonal decoration of oak leaves and acorn cups in silver thread, acorns of metal, metal badge of crown and oak leaves. Peaks with gilt lace knot and tassles laid in. Red lining, Label 'Joseph Starkey 25 Conduit St, London'. Possibly Sir Edward Green's Deputy Lieutenant's Uniform
