Wooden plaque with the date jan '76 a picture of george Washington, the Union Jack and the Stars and Stripes flags, George Washingtons signature and a picture of 5 soldiers. On the back an inscription 'the grand union, an improvised flag, is raised for the first time at Cambridge Mass, as george Washington gathers the militia of the united colonies into a true army' Jan 2 1776.
