Summary

A model boat made on the island of Hithadoo of palm wood by the islanders. This is a model of a Dhoni boat with six oars and a single sail used for going between the smaller islands. Such boats were used for fishing, carrying passengers etc. Made by local island craftsmen. This is the wrapped up sailcloth.
