Summary
A walnut and floral marquetry display cabinet, Dutch, circa 1850. With overall inlays of flowers and trailing tendrils in sycamore, harewood, fruitwood and bone, enclosed by a pair of glazed doors with fitted shelving and surmounted by an arched pediment with scrolling crests, the lower bombe section with three long drawers, the sides with bold inlaid stellar motifs, on carved feet, with brass handles and escutcheons, the locks stamped VR PATENT.
