Summary

Deed of Land, hand written in ink on parchment with a seal, from Charles Fetherston to Stratford Canal Company. Original agreement and payment for use of canal dated 23 March 1812, but document dated 30 May 1827. Also three sheets of transcript of Deed of Land from Charles Fetherston to Stratford Canal Company and two A3 sheet copies of letter concerning will of Catherine Fetherston Leigh dated 19 April 1827.
