Mills Fulford Spanner. This unassuming little spanner is a rare survivor of an early motorcycle tool kit. Formed in 1899 Mills Fulford only made motorcycles from 1903 to 1904. They were best known for sidecar manufacture. The company was bought by Rex-Acme Ltd. in 1933.
