Summary

Oil dispenser - Metal rectangular tank with two metal handles on the top, one width ways and one length ways. A pressurising handle (brass) is on the top of the tank on one side and on the opposite side is a small rectangular glass panel. On one side is a round metal plate which is threaded and screws into the side of the container. A padlock is attached to this plate. The item is painted red.
