Summary

Cover - Cylindrical housing painted green for an electric motor, there are 2 fixing lugs (4 holes) and a small square on top fixed with 2 nuts. there is spindle through the centre and an electric flex coming out of the top. Attached to the end of this is a standard bayonet light bulb holder.
