Summary
Gas lamp or silber lite, consisting of brass piping which rises from a basal round plate which has three holes, the middle hole for gas. This then balloons out in opposite directions before narrowing and meeting at a tap at the top of the piece. A lamp and it's holder hangs from this point. The glass cover is missing.
