Summary
Cheese press - A cylindrical metal container with a removable base (like a loose-bottomed cake tin). At the top the container sits in a square plate with 2 large looped handles. There are two notched brackets on this plate. A metal plate sits in the notches and a sprung-loaded threaded bar applies the pressure for the press.
