Summary

One of a pair of splinter bars for the hearse. curved wooden body with metal (fe) reinforcement on the upper edge. Capped on the ends with copper alloy (bronze) tips, additional harness fittings all painted black.

Purchased as part of Geler Jones Collection in 1994.
