Summary
Hay lifter - Two pieces of metal, curved at each end to form teeth, are attached to crossbars which meet at a central point. The crossbars pivot between two circular metal plates. The shorter crossbar is slightly kinked. the longer has a pulley wheel attached. A piece of chain with a large central ring is attached to both bars.
