Summary
A horse drawn plough of solid iron frame construction with one wheel to the front, the height of which is adjustable. A second lever adjusts the angle/direction of the coulters relative to the main frame; this lever is lockable by use of a semi-circular 'cog'. Remains of blue paint are present.
