Summary
Box - Horn end vinaigrette, with gilt lid and fittings. Oval lid with rounded top on which plain ball knop lid carved with scrolled foliage, repeated around collar above stylised acanthus leaves. Gilt along one edge of horn, engraved with herringbone pattern. Scrolled foliage on gilt around point of horn. Hinged grille inside with pierced scrolled foliage. Small pad underneath. Short chain fixed to edge of collar.
