Summary

Two brass coat-hooks. Shaped backplates moulded with depictions of lionesses amongst acanthus leaves. Hook at top of plate with lion's head at end. Hook at base of plate with claw and ball finial. Inscribed - Pair brass hooks 25/-, Holes rough and back care at breack (sic) (sticker)

Items from the Pamela Ward Collection, left to the National Trust in Miss Ward's will in 1994.
