Summary
Dish - Four pearlware comports. Round dishes with ogee edges on a flared base. Transfer printed blue magnolia flowers around edge, with blue band around rim. Two protruding lip handles, pierced with two holes, on opposite sides of dish. Transfer printed spray of flowers in centre of dish. Flowers with gilt details. Blue and gilt decoration around edge of base. Underside of dish printed 'NAPIER' , 'R', and impressed 'WEDGWOOD PEARL'. 1840-68.
