Summary
Porcelain plate. Scalloped gilt band around rim with bands of beads at points of scallops. Sprays of large pink and small blue flowers around edge of plate. A parakeet perched on one spray. 'Late Foley Shelley England', 'Mortlock's Ltd Oxford St and Orchard St London' printed on base, '8653' painted on base. 19thC. Paper sticker on base reads - late Foley Plate 50p 1800 - 1900
