Summary
Sculpture, plaster, Mary Queen of Scots. 18th century plaster bust of Mary Queen of Scots. She wears a large ruff, a small cap on her head and is wearing a large cross necklace. She is wearing a cape with gold tassel detail. Short curly hair. Details have been highlighted in gold. The bust sits on a cylindrical red marbled pillar on a square white marble base. (NT534021.1)

Presented to the National Trust by Sir Montgomerie Fairfax-Lucy (1896 – 1965), two years after the death of his father, Sir Henry Ramsay-Fairfax, 3rd Bt (1870 – 1944), with Charlecote Park and its chief contents, in 1946.
