Summary
A framed coloured print, or possibly watercolour, entitled 'Where there's a will, there’s a way' by John Leach, published in 1865 by Thos. Agnew and Sons. Depicts a horse drawn carriage with driver holding a whip. The interior of the carriage is visible, inside is a gentleman in the midst of dressing for riding. A signpost and another rider on horseback are visible in the mid ground. The mount for the print features John Leach’s signature and the title ‘Where there’s a will, there’s a way’. Under the title it reads ‘’Foxhunting doctor’ must be in time! Oh nonsense! Send my horse on, dress in the Brougham, and there I am (and we hope he may have a good run) (I have been obliged to take the side of the Brougham out, which the kind doctor will perhaps excuse).
