Pencil note on inside of mount 'The original picture 'work drawing' is in my sitting room at Park Close 1925'. See also an uncoloured impression PR/8, and a watercolour D/81.

Provenance

Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
