Summary
One of a pair of mahogany library cabinets, English, early 20th century 18th Century style, the rectangular top with a hinged adjustable panel above a pair of cupboard doors faced as drawers and flanked by reeded pilasters, the central arcaded panel painted with the Fairhaven crest, the sides with brass carrying handles and raised on a plinth base.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
