Summary
Invitation card. A Dinner given to 12,000 persons on Parker's Piece, Cambridge June 28 1838. Chas Humfrey Esq Mayor and George Fisher Chairman. In Commemoration of the Coronation of her most Gracious Majesty Victoria Queen. A cut-down version of the lithograph D/322 at bottom of card with a portrait of Queen Victoria with crown and motto. Inscribed on reverse 'Thos Beales, wife and 3 children'. Unmounted.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
