Summary
Print, engraving, Queen Mary I (Mary Tudor) (1516–1558) by Robert White (London 1645 - London 1703).Oval cartouche; almost facing. Wearing a cap with pearl border, lace ruff and jacket decorated with jewelled fur. Her right arm lies across her chest holding a folded piece of paper and her left arm is by her side. Cartouche with lengths of pleated ribbon above and mounted on a plinth with a coat of arms. Inscribed with 'MARIA ANGLIA HISPANIE & REGINA'. Mounted within frame.
