Print, engraving, Shooters Going Out in a Morning - Chasseurs Sortant Du Matin (after William Samuel Howitt) by Clarke and Merke. One of a set of six prints of hunting scenes. An outdoor scene with a stable to the right. Two main male figures; one on horseback wearing a top hat, red jacket, yellow waistcoat and black boots. He holds a gun and horse's reigns with his right hand and points downward with his left. The other man wears a top hat, brown jacket, striped trousers and black boots; he stands behind a stable door and holds a gun in his right hand. Five dogs in the stable yard. Inscribed 'SHOOTERS GOING OUT IN A MORNING, CHASSEURS SORTANT DU MATIN'.
