Summary

The lock to the Green Court door has a manual locking system with a pair of vertical bars with teeth that interact with a central gear. It has brass knobs and escutcheon and key (internally). (The door is also secured by a means of a timber drawbeam housed in the wall).

Part of the fixtures and fittings of the property transferred from the Dryden's to the National Trust in 1980/81
