Summary
A historic communications system comprising of a speaking tube. It runs from the Kitchen to the Dining Room, but used to run to the Butler's Pantry. A hinged lid closed the tube when not in use. Two bell handles are fixed below the tube in the dining room and a bell pull hangs above.

Part of the original fixtures and fittings of the House transferred from the Dryden's to the National Trust in 1980/81
