Summary
A near pair of ash and elm rush-seated chairs, Lancashire/Cheshire, mid-19th century. Both having backs with four graduated splats with arched top edge and ogee-arched bottom edge. The rush seat raised on two baluster-topped column-turned front legs and with pear feet. With three further pairs of plain stretchers.
