Summary
An oak mural cupboard, English, mid- to late 19th century. In the shape of a pointed or triangular arch and with applied arch. Fitted with a pair of brass-hinged doors enclosing an interior with a shelf. Probably made to hold church plate.

Date of introduction to Canons Ashby not recorded, but at Canons Ashby as part of The Dryden Collection (acquired with the help of the National Heritage Memorial Fund) and transferred to The National Trust in 1980.
