Summary
One of six mounted stag's heads. Head tilted down from very short neck, mouth open and tongue showing. Whites of his eyes painted in, and the hair round his horns and on throat accentuated. Back scrolled above and at sides, mask head below. Painted plaster heads, real antlers, wooden shaped backs. Part of a set bequeathed by Elizabeth of Bohemia to the first Lord Craven.
