Table. An oak trestle table. The top is made from oak boards, with oak battens to house the trestles, which when erected can be secured to the top by the removable pegs (not true to the historical form but an addition to ensure the top does not tip when leaned upon). The trestles have cleft oak legs. Finished with linseed oil.
