Summary

One of three documents (ABC) detailing the construction of additions to a farmstead currently in the occupation of one Mr T Lord at Hough on the Hill. The work to be carried out for Earl Brownlow. This one A is the specification for the work and materials. The specification is covered by a letter from a Mr Thomas Cragg (Builder) and shows the sum of £104.11s.6d and is dated 24 August 1901.
