Summary

A series of ink and wash drawings bound together. There are fifteen drawings in all showing the plans and elevations of double cottages to be erected in Manthorpe Lincolnshire. Each drawing is identified wih a letter of the alphabet. On the external sheet is the signature of Simeon Hutchinson, Manthorpe Lodge and the date March 1859. In the bottom right corner is the motto, 'Multim in Parvo'.
