Summary
Ormolu on ormolu oval bases, figure of a boy, French, 19thcentury. One of a pair of ormolu figures of a boy and girl illustrating the grape harvest mounted on ormolu bases (see also NT 435348.2).The boy wears a hat with its brim upturned and looks downward to bottom right. He leans against a tree trunk and holds up grape vine, raising it to the sky with his right hand to form a drooping curve. A stick is propped up against the tree trunk.
