A cream-painted and gilded breakfront wardrobe, English, late 19th century. With two glazed mirror doors flanking a central door enclosing hanging space and drawers.
Purchased with a grant from the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF) from Edward John Peregrine Cust, 7th Baron Brownlow (b.1936) in 1984.
